Can you wear Crocs at Disney World and Disneyland?
In short you absolutely can wear crocs to both Disney World and Disneyland. In fact my family always have crocs with them whether they are visiting the parks in Florida, California or at one of the other parks round the world if visiting them in summer.
Although there are strict rules at Disney, whatever park you are going to, about what you can and can not wear and things that can not be brought into the parks Crocs are definitely not on them. For more information on what is on these lists however do check out the below posts.
However now that you know you can wear them – the next questions should be are Crocs comfortable for Disney? And are Crocs good for Disney?
Are Crocs comfortable for Disney?
In my opinion yes Crocs are definitely comfortable for Disney and to be honest Crocs are always on our Disney summer packing lists.
The reason we think Crocs are comfortable for Disney are:
- They are breathable because of the holes
- They are comfortable for lots of walking
- They are comfortable even when wet i.e. if you have been on one of the many Disney Wet rides or get caught in one of the infamous Orlando summer rain storms.
- They offer more support and are better for your feet than flips flips

Top Tip: Whatever you decide to wear to Disney please make sure you wear them in first as there is nothing worse than getting a blister at Disney.
Are Crocs good for Disney?
As we said above we think that Crocs are good for Disney as they are comfortable to walk long distances in – and you will be walking a lot the lowest step count I’ve ever had for a day at Disney was 20K, they are good for wet rides as they dry quickly and the water can get out of them and they are breathable if you are traveling to a park during warm weather.
We also love the fact that you can get some great Disney themed ones.
However it is worth noting that you may have to remove your Crocs on some rides if you choose to wear them without the back strap. The rides where you may be asked to do this are rides where your legs dangle such as
- Soarin Around the World – California Adventure
- Silly Symphony Swings – California Adventure
- Soarin Around the World at Epcot.
What are the best Crocs for Disney?
One of the things we love about wearing Crocs at Disney is that you can buy many that are themed to your favorite Disney characters and films. Though there is nothing wrong with just wearing plain Crocs you have at home of course. It is just we love to wear Disney themed items as much as we can whenever we are in the parks.

Best Crocs Accessories for Disney
However if you don’t want to go to the expense of buying Disney Crocs you can buy some Crocs accessories that you can use to theme your Crocs in the park but can remove them easily when wearing at home.
We love these Minnie Mouse charms however there are lots of charms on the market for any Disney or Pixar film and even some for special events such as Halloween which would be perfect for attending Mickey’s Not so Scary Halloween or the Oogie Boogie Bash for instance.
